1st Day of Cleanse

 

Apple Celery Walnut Blend

 

Directions/Ingredients:

Cut up into small pieces the following:

1 Large apple (preferably not red delicious)

3 Celery stalks

5 Walnut halves

1 Small slice of fresh ginger

Small handful of Italian parsley (optional)

1 Tablespoon of Green Magic & 1 teaspoon of New Life Pro

 

Place ingredients into a blender

and pour two large cups of filtered water into the container.

Blend for a minute and a half until completely liquefied.

 

Drink 3 – 4 times during the day and evening!

Drink two to 3 cups of Therapeutica Tea

During the day between your blended drinks.

2nd Day of Cleanse

 

Carrot Orange Walnut Blend

 

Directions:

Cut up into small pieces the following:

1 Large orange

2 Carrots

5 Walnut halves

1 Small piece of Ginger (optional)

1 Teaspoon of New Life Pro

 

Place ingredients into a blender

and pour two large cups of filtered water into the container.

Blend for a minute and a half until completely liquefied.

 

Drink 3 times during the day and evening!

Add 1 serving of Green Magic, Guardian Greens, or Earths Harvest to each mixture

Third Day of Cleanse

Day 4 and 5 of Cleanse

 

 

    Berry Shake

1 cup of Organic Blueberries

or 1 cup of Your Favorite Berries

12 oz of Coconut Water

1 Tablespoon of Green Magic Powder

1 Teaspoon of Orac +

1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Pro

1 Teaspoon of NutriCleanse powder

2 Tablespoons of Pomegranate Red

 

 

·         Blend fruit with water and coconut water in blender until completely liquefied.  Drink mixture for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

 

·         Add the various nutritional powders and Pomegranate Red

 

·         Blend until smooth and drink 3 times during the day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

 

·         Take one capsule of Detox Plus in the morning and one before bed

 

·         Drink at least 3 cups of Therapeutica Tea during the day

 


Dr. Beiler’s Health Broth

 

3 stalks of celery                   

3 whole zucchini

2 cups of string beans

1 large handful of parsley

Put 1 cup of water into a stockpot.  Put the string beans in first and steam for about 5 minutes.  Then put celery and zucchini into the pot and steam for another 5 - 7 minutes or until tender, but still crisp.  Do not overcook.  When done put the water that the vegetables have cooked in into the blender.  Follow with the vegetables.  Blend until liquefied.  Add a teaspoon of raw unsalted butter with a large handful of parsley.  Blend again until parsley is liquefied.

* Optional: add 1 – 2 cloves of garlic

 

*Use organically grown vegetables

Whenever possible!

 

Alternatively, you can double or triple the recipe and make a large pot and store in the refrigerator and drink several times a day.

May be used for a one, two, or three day fast.

 

 

This helps to give the digestive system a rest

and helps to mineralize the body.


 

Recipe for Blended Salad

 

4 romaine lettuce leaves

1 small carrot or 1/2 large carrot

1/2 cucumber with skin intact

1/2 tomato

1/4 beet or 1/2 small beet

1 stalk of celery

                                        Juice of ½ lime

¼ cup of parsley

1 tablespoon of Green Magic

 

Put 2 inches of warm distilled water into the bottom of the blender.  Next put in the lettuce leaves and tomato.  Give them a quick blend until liquid.  Cut up the carrot, celery and beet.  Put remaining vegetables into the blender and blend for about a minute or until they are liquefied.  Add 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil and the juice of ½ lime.  Blend again for 10 seconds.

 

*1 garlic clove optional

 

*Use organically grown vegetables whenever possible!
