Morning Energizer

• 15 organic almonds.
• 1 heaping tablespoon of Green Magic.
• 1 tablespoon of Meal In A Glass.
• 1 heaping teaspoon of Earth's Harvest (triple rainbow algae blend).
• 1 tablespoon of pure Grade B maple syrup

• Soak organic almonds in water overnight so that they begin to sprout. This will release their enzyme inhibitors, make them more nutritious, digestible and delicious.
• In the morning pour off water & put almonds or seeds in a blender with 10 oz of purified water.
• Blend until liquefied.
• Put the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend for a few seconds until thoroughly mixed.
